Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy, quantities, and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in designated storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklift certification a plus)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Background check and drug screening required
