Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Maintain organized and clean workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
