Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory zones and follow FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
