Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Sort and stage merchandise for shipment or transfer to the appropriate storage area.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
