As a vital member of our operations team, you will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare packages for shipment by weighing, labeling, and wrapping items securely.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
