Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and scan products from warehouse inventory using RF scanners
- Package items securely with appropriate materials and labeling
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized work areas and follow FIFO protocols
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to 7890 Industrial Blvd
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid by employer)
