Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with a focus on 99%+ accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging for shipment.
- Utilize barcode scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
