Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves or storage areas based on pick tickets and work orders.
- Pack items securely in boxes or containers, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
