Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and retrieve inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Package products securely for shipment and prepare necessary documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior warehouse experience who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available for the full duration of the weekend shift schedule.
