Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label products accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace following safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to track stock levels.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
