Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack Orders: Retrieve products from shelves using RF scanners and pack them securely into boxes for shipment.
- Quality Control: Verify order accuracy by checking product labels, quantities, and packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound pallets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and inventory counting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a full-time schedule, including overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
