Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Verify inventory counts and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Label packages correctly and verify shipping addresses before dispatch.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
