Responsibilities
- Select and Retrieve: Locate items on warehouse shelves using scanners and pick lists to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Packing: Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to maintain high service standards.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
