Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify the accuracy of all picked items against work orders to ensure zero error fulfillment.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage.
- Sort, organize, and label stock in designated storage areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying shipping manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
