Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and packaging guidelines.
- Verify accuracy of inventory counts and ensure all items are properly labeled and documented.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
