- Pick and Pack: Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and prepare orders for shipment using hand-held scanners and pick lists.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate labeling before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in counting and sorting merchandise.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if required.
