As a critical link in our supply chain, you will ensure that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with precision and speed. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on pick tickets and barcodes.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper cushioning and labeling.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
