Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Experience with warehouse management systems a plus
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
