Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment to meet strict delivery timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company safety protocols.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices or RF guns is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
