Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and inventory management software.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they are securely packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
- Sort and stage merchandise for delivery or transfer to the shipping department.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and math skills required for scanning and verifying orders.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
