Job Overview:
As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from the warehouse floor and preparing them for shipment to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently are key to our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Verify order quantities and ensure correct labeling of packages.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read a screen.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
