Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Verify inventory by counting stock and ensuring it matches packing lists.
- Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (after certification) and scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and safety compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
