Job Overview:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is moved, stored, and prepared for shipment with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by counting items and comparing them with invoices or orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
