Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to adhere to strict attendance policies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand pick tickets and safety instructions.
