Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from shelves and verify order accuracy using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read order tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
