Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Package items securely using cardboard, tape, and other materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory accurately.
- Sort and organize merchandise in designated areas to maintain efficient workflow.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
