Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quality and inspect for any damages or defects before shipping.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
