Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves using scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Inspect goods for damages before packaging and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, safely and within company guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes or peak times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
