Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, packaged, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report any quality issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and conveyor belts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and package weighing.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
