Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders and stock locations.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and labeling.
- Operate handheld scanners or voice-picking devices efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and conveyors safely.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a tidy, safe workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and verifying quantities.
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced settings.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
