Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Scan barcodes and verify product information using handheld RF scanners.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
