Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory status.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize and maintain the packing stations to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
