Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels in cold storage units.
- Organize, sort, and stock inventory according to company standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (training provided).
- Ensure the warehouse and work area remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures can drop below freezing).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
