Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize inventory in designated zones to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Scan barcodes and input data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
