Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Scan barcodes and labels to maintain accurate inventory records in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks safely and securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
