Responsibilities
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists and digital scanners.
- Package products securely using boxes, tape, and labels.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and picking quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods (8-10 hours).
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing packages.
- Good vision to read labels, colors, and inventory codes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
