Responsibilities
- Picking orders accurately and efficiently from the warehouse shelves.
- Packaging items securely in boxes, cartons, or totes for shipment.
- Labeling packages correctly according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Inspecting products for quality and ensuring they meet company standards.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and scanning items.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
