Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Package items securely and label them correctly for safe transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required – we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read pick tickets and labels.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
