Your Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to order requirements and pick lists.
- Verify accuracy of all orders by checking product quality and packaging integrity.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using standard shipping equipment.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) with occasional lifting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to submit to a background check.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
