Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Retrieve and pick items from inventory shelves according to pick tickets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect and label packages to ensure compliance with shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
