Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
