Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately stock merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required, including packing and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CP, RF, or similar) is mandatory.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a strong commitment to reliability.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred).
