Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from storage racks based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify item quantities, quality, and packaging integrity before shipment.
- Prepare items for shipping using appropriate packaging materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate counting and verification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
