Responsibilities
- Select merchandise from warehouse shelves and locations based on pick slips and orders.
- Verify that the correct items are being picked by cross-referencing packing slips and labels.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read digital screens or handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.
