Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to manage inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as required.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends).
