Responsibilities
- Picking and packing products accurately based on customer orders.
- Inspecting items for damage and ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Scanning items and managing inventory data using handheld scanners.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Following all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
