Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations using handheld RF scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and service level agreements.
- Load and unload freight trucks with speed and precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we offer comprehensive training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
