Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to designated delivery locations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if required for specific roles).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC facility.
