Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from storage areas using RF scanners and pick lists to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe delivery, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing pallets, and keeping aisles clear.
- Perform quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Report damaged inventory or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
