Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage products according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks as required, ensuring proper handling of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read pick lists and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
